2 Mountaineers Killed, 3 Rescued From Himachal’s Kinnaur Kailash Mountain
KINNAUR: District Police and Quick Response Team (QRT) have safeguarded three trekkers and recuperated two dead bodies from the Kinnaur Kailash mountain in Himachal Pradesh.
Authorities said the outrageous temperature of the mountains may be the explanation for the demise of the two trekkers – recognized as Gyan Verma, an occupant of Simla and Kamal Kumar, an inhabitant of Jhajjar in Haryana.
The three trekkers that were saved by the QRT today have been recognized as Karan Rana, Rajendra Kumar, and Ranveer Jaswal. Every one of them three are occupants of Himachal Pradesh.
“Five individuals went trekking on Kailash mountain, Kinnaur on Tuesday; two of them passed on while three have been saved. The District Administration reported that the official mountain trek will be from July 1 to July 11 however individuals are going for broke by going on the trek without informing us,” said Sub-Divisional Magistrate Surendra Thakur.
“Until further notice, an emergency meeting has been called to talk about upon the mountain trek,” he included.
