Regarding the food, the best ever recommendation to taste would be the Malvani cuisine, which is the standard cuisine of the South Konkan region of Maharashtra and Goa. Though, It is predominantly non-vegetarian it stills treats all the vegans out there with its best vegetarian thali. The uniqueness of Malvani cuisine is that it abundantly uses coconut in almost every dish in various forms. Such as grated, dry grated, fried, paste and milk. Some famous Konkan main courses are kombdi vade, Mori masala, kavda curry, sol kadhi, phansachi bhaji and many more. However, If you are not into trying out something new, the dhaba all around will ever feed you with anything that you desire.
