Things to Pack:
In summer:
Daypack(35-40ltr.), good trekking shoes (sports shoes is also good for some easy trail in summer), cap(sun hat) ,sunglasses, rainproof, socks, water bottle, torch, sunscreen, Walking Stick, Swiss knife, match box(lighter), medicines that you usually use. And add energy drink or dry fruit also.

In winter:
Daypack(35-40ltr.), cotton clothes, good trekking shoes, a warm jacket, warmer, woolen or monkey cap covering head and ears, UV rays protected sunglasses, rain proof, extra socks, water bottle, torch, Swiss knife, match box, cold cream, sunscreen, , towel, Walking Stick medicines that you usually use. and add energy drink or dry fruit also.

Trek Schedule: 

Day 1:

Arrive at Manali by 8.00 am and arrive halan at 10 am. Start cultural trek to Halan. The total trek length is 3 KM and it will take 4-5 hrs to complete trek. And 3 pm reaching back at the end point of trek

Tariff Inclusions

  • Transport required in the trek
  • Highly advanced & certified mountaineering guide or skilled local Guide who has ample knowledge of the route. From Himalaya Destination
  • Vegetarian meals on the trek (pack Lunch.)
    Basic First aid Kit.

Tariff Excludes

  • Personal Porters for carrying trekker’s day backpacks
  • Personal insurance or cost of emergency evacuation
  • Personal insurance or cost of emergency evacuation
  • Purchases of personal natures (like mineral water bottles/bottled or canned beverages/chocolates/dry fruits etc)
  • Food to/from the trailhead.

Here are our conditions:

For reserving seats you can pay 25% of amount which is non-refundable.

The other amount is payable 15 days prior expedition.

This trek is to be confirmed 15 days prior from trek date. Making arrangements for trekking is tedious and it demands lot of efforts, so a little co-operation from your side is appreciated.

The expenses occurring from change in schedule due to weather conditions or personal health issues are to be borne by the participants. The Himalaya Destination will not be responsible for weather as well as health issues.

Cancellation prior to 5 days from date of departure: Full Refund
Cancellation between 4 days to 0 days prior to date of departure: No Refund

DETAILS

Ancient village trek to hallan. The place is 15km from naggar. One can take bus or taxi to hallan. Hallan is at a 2100mtrs & the landscape surrounding this is breathtaking. The village has a rich tradition preserved. The old wood and stone houses made with the kath Kuni style of construction & the local wearing of woollens can be seen in the village. The people are friendly, when someone visits the village it feels like time has stopped because of the remoteness of the region. There are some temples too inside the village where one can visit and have blessings. The hallan is the name of region which has a group of small & large populated villages which are located nearby to each other. The hallan is the only area left where the numbers of old structures is higher than any place in the kullu valley. The place has rich culture with the fests occasions held every year. When one can observe the culture and take part also in the festival. Hallan has the villages situated along the road like badairagran, raman etc. this place can be visited in the summer seasons.
